Jose Diaz studied Systems Technology and Sciences of the information at the french University of Pau et Des Pays De L'adour. He has spent over 12 years in business consulting and technology starting in Accenture from 2008 till 2013 where he specialised in billing and Management systems working in international projects for Telecommunication companies. After this period he moved to the United Kingdom where he started different businesses related to the expansion of Spanish Culture and their culinary traditions.
